Workers are responsible for their preparation and documentation. Employers are responsible for legal compliance and fair treatment. Jobfounder is responsible for system integrity and accountability.

Data protection

Workers control what information employers see. Personal data is protected according to privacy regulations. Data is not sold or shared without consent.

No exploitation

Jobfounder does not profit from worker vulnerability. Jobfounder does not create dependency. Jobfounder does not enable labor abuse.

Accountability
